Trixie: Ah, he does indeed ;) I believe our King is most fascinated! I’m glad you found the characters still ‘in character’ since I took some liberties. I liked taking liberties… I should do it more often.

I am so impressed with the differences you make in the characters to suit each universe you place them in! Yet I still recognize them as the characters I fell in love with. I must admit I am intrigued by a Faramir that engages Aragorn in some verbal and mental sparring. Aragorn seems quite captivated as well :-)

Hehe, you may hope! I think I fell in love with this little universe, hence the ‘most likely’. I do like writing grumpy/lonely/needy Aragorn, and a Faramir with some confidence is so much fun. And yes, very practical with Denethor out of the way ;) Also Sam and I have an understanding… For the first time we’re getting along tremendously! I’m very glad you liked this!

Well you already know me over on ff.net but as I don’t think you’ll be posting this there I’ll tell you here: I love it. I really liked how Faramir didn’t behave as a courir (or any other person for that matter) probably should when talking to the king. And of course lonely Aragorn couldn’t just let him go. Very convenient too that Denethor is wholly unimportant and Faramir free to follow his heart to Minas Tirith.
May I hope for another story set in this universe? You’re teasing me with your ‘most likely’.
