But, your h´ona, if I may say a word in self-defense: I didn´t mean it! It was just that, right when I had decided it would be better to postpone my reading, it crossed my mind that it would do no harm if I would take a quick glance at the story. What am I saying, the quickest glance at all, your h´ona, only to catch a word here and a phrase there. It was not my fault the text caught me and wrapped itself around me and wouldn´t let me go before I read through it completely! I´m not that smart, your h´ona, and totally not to blame for… your h´ona?

Well, you´ve heard the defendant, and even though it can not be considered an excuse, I´d like to point out the sore temptation he was exposed to. See the unusual beauty of this prose, it´s subtle humour, it´s golden shine of gentle warmth! See how everything is at its right place, be it a very happy bedsheet or the playful mentioning of picking the piece of song/literature in order to not damage the gravity of the moment. (chuckle) More, see the drawer of said picture writhing with both shame and delight, since her random notions were taken so seriously and put into the sweetest form. Feel the laughter in the words, sparkling like a warm sun through green leaves, as if it was our beloved steward himself telling the story. “As if to avoid any sudden coronations“– This shall be carved in stone to outlast the centuries! XD – And Faramir´s foresight regarding the date of the coronation – the man knows hopeless procrastination when he sees it!

As much as I would love to ramble on and drown you in praise and flowers – it might considered a little awkward if the comment gets longer than the fic it refers to (espexially when mentioned fic has hit the 11.000 words mark). So please allow me sum up my feelings in one short word, the only fitting one I can come up with: Thank you. Thank you for the honour, the pleasure and for the fact that I´ll spend the rest of the day with this huge, blissful laughter twitching in the corners of my mouth. I hope you will enjoy your wine – may it guide you safely into dreamland – oh wait! Okay, errr, time for confession. I´m right about to leave for a couple of days (not exactly now, but tomorrow and the rest of today will be jampacked with activities and I won´t be back at my desk before Sunday. I would like to enjoy this piece of epic literature line by line, so, if you don´t mind, I would postpone it to next week, when I´ll be back at work, where I can print each of those estimated 30.000 beloved pages. I was never good at reading on the screen and it would be shame to superficiously skim through what you have written with the blood of your warm, beating heart. Okay – I DID skim through it and I already know it will be wonderful. To be exact, it will be far more wonderful that I could ever do a picture, and I will surely die in shame for I will never be able to give anything similar back.
