English is’nt my native language, but I must tell You, dear authoress/author, Your story is horribly great. Was Aragorn raised by Sauron or something similar, what’s happened with him? Poor Faramir. He had loving father… Poor Boromir too. I don’t know what more should I write. Gratulations. Do You plan writing a next part?

This is an awesome fic. I’m almost speechless… you’ve handled dark!Aragaorn so brilliantly. He’s so very nasty…from sneaking in to the ranger’s camp, to pretending to be assualted by the ringwraiths to the scenes in front of the palantir and with the little boy to muffling poor Faramir’s screa,m with a kiss… it was just perfect. Poor, poor, poor Faramir… you captured his emotions so beautifully… and especially the contrasts between his ‘experiences’ with Aragorn. I like the slight hesitation the first time and then the complete shock the second. And the ache he feels later comes out just perfectly… especially in the last line. that was really, really powerful! Tank you for a great fic! And I hope you’ll write many more Fara fics!

Yes, Denethor is heroic and noble (and in my thinking, quite foolish) in this fic… Same goes for Boromir (with twice the foolishness).

Bell Witch, I hope this is what you were looking for… And I agree, the Harad boy scene turned my stomach. Though I admit I had fun translating Black Speech grammar into English :-)

Wow! What a masterpiece! What drama!

I’d love to see Aragorn’s POV on this, but I’d also love to see what happens next, now that he has both Gondorian brothers in his power. Just imagine all the deliciously wicked things he could do with Faramir and Boromir… I know I am;)

Going to have to read that again to catch more but the details are gorgeous, even in such a dark story. The fell beasts flying… I love a strong Denethor. The use of the little boy was absolutely disgusting, which is perfectly in character for such a sick Aragorn.

I’m basically going ‘damn’ over here.

I think that this is the first story in which my heart actually broke for Denethor as a heroic, tragic figure, battling for his son and for Gondor against impossible odds. Well done!
