Aaanyway, I’m really pleased that you liked it! I like this semi-public display of, um, affection too (now, obviously, only referring to the stroking-away-hair-from-Aragorn’s-face-moment). And I like that you found the story sweet and lovely and hot even though there is not too much explicit hotness involved. Then again, these boys are so hot in themselves that all they need to do is to stand in a corner for me to be happy ;)

This takes me back to the under the dining room table leg-stroking scene in The Coldest Winter; which is one of the most erotic scenes I have ever read.

For some reason, these two have been on my mind recently. It is a lovely surprise to read lovely new stories about them this weekend.

Oh my. Oh my. I think I actually require a moment or two to collect myself here; I think, first of all, I have to say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for this completely beautiful and unexpected gift! :O When I saw you’d posted a new story I couldn’t click on it fast enough; then I saw the dedication at the top- there was some literal jaw-dropping going on I can tell you :P You honestly, seriously didn’t have to write me anything (although, I’m not sure if I mean that 100% if it means that this story came into existence :3) I’m completely and utterly touched, I really am, and I can’t even find the words to express it properly :)

The whole thing, just, aaaah, haha, I can barely describe how lovely and sweet and altogether hot it was too! ;) I loved the slow build-up, and how subtle the whole situation was. I do love the idea that while the boys are still discreet (;)) they don’t hide away completely, and it seems to be implied that everyone’s generally alright with the pair of them doing their thing (Faramir sweeping his fingers through Aragorn’s hair at the table was such a simple, sweet image.) As always your writing compliments the beauty of their relationship perfectly, I got a real sense of the warm lazy atmosphere in the room, and the laid-back feeling surrounding even the actions beneath the table ;) (‘He wonders how many laws and treaties Aragorn has signed with Faramir’s seed dried on his hand.’ Oh my goodness me, I’m going to have to lie down in a darkened room, ha!)

You know (obviously) how much I just love romance and this really was just so lovely in every way. I loved how the lines ‘There are times when his joining with the King is so glorious that he trembles and thrashes, that his body threatens to burst with his release. And then there are times when he comes so quietly and gently that all he knows is a sigh and a smile, and a blessed shiver.‘ are brought to a conclusion right at the end, where we find out just on what sort of occasions the latter happens ;) I thought that was very clever and sweet, a lovely ending to a beautiful, beautiful story that I will honestly cherish :)
